Leo Burnett earns top marks on Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index
x The agency received the “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality” accolade for the sixth year in a row.
Leo Burnett has continuously scored top marks on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and this year is no exception. Once again, the agency has achieved a perfect score on the HRC’s Equality Index — the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
After a year where so much changed, Leo Burnett remained committed to maintaining an inclusive culture, a mission echoed throughout Publicis Groupe; other recognized Publicis Groupe agencies include Digitas, Epsilon, Leo Burnett, MSL, Publicis Health, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, Publicis Worldwide, Re:Sources and Saatchi & Saatchi.
“We are infinitely proud of our talent at Leo Burnett Group and that pride is reflected in our perfect score on the HRC’s Equality Index,” said Melissa Healy, Employee Belonging and Participation Lead. “People have always been at the center of what we do — we are committed to a culture of empathy so that creativity can thrive and affirm that we are at our best when our culture is open to us all. It’s important to acknowledge how the amazing leadership of our ERG Égalité plays into this recognition. Égalité is a shining example of how an employee-led community can positively impact talent across the globe.”
We are proud of the work Leo Burnett and Publicis agencies have done and continue to do in creating an open and accepting place to work!
